Birthday Party Chocolate Cake

Chocolate is a great ingredient for all cakes

This is an incredibly easy cake, with maximum flavour and minimum effort!

The end result will depend on the quality of the chocolate.

For your little ones, feel free to mix a dark chocolate and a white one, or choose a 52% chocolate bar. Experiment and see what works best for your family

Ingredients

1 box of silken tofu ( no substitutions please, it has to be silken!)

1-2 chocolate bars ( melted, bain marie)

1 already made pie crust ( or if you adventurous enough, make your own!)

Instructions

Melt the chocolate bars, bain marie.

Blend in a blender with the silken tofu ( make sure it is well drained)

Pour the blend on a pie crust and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of three hours.
